Description
The holiday villa, which in the origin was a farmhouse, is situated in Arezzo Valdichiana, in Castiglion Fiorentino, not far from Cortona. The elegant building in ancient terracotta and stone stands in panoramic position and overlooks Valdichiana and Val di Chio.
The building is surrounded by 9,000 square metres of land, 4,000 of which are exclusively reserved to guests.
The private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.40-2.20 m) that lies about 5 metres from the villa is open from May to September.
In the garden are a laundry room and a room with an oven-grill-barbecue set. The porch is furnished for having meals al fresco.
The holiday villa is an excellent accommodation for those who would like to spend some days in the countryside in a refined setting and in the utmost comfort.
In case of need, guests can contact the owners, who live in proximity to the villa.
Accommodation
The two-storey building sleeps 8 people in 2 double-bedded rooms and 2 twin-bedded rooms, and has 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a storeroom, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor, reached through an internal staircase, composes of two double-bedded rooms, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is provided with swimming pool, barbecue equipment, fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, stereo system, video recorder, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and private car parking place.
Some bicycles are at guests` disposal.
A maid service is available upon request (additional charges apply).
Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, the post office, shops and services of any kind are in Castiglion Fiorentino (2.8 km).
