The swimming pool, which is 50 m far from the building, overlooks the Castello di Prodo. For guests: hydro massage, little gym and TV. In the garden there are tables and chairs. Shops and services are in Colonnetta di Prodo, 3 km far from the villa.

In the first floor there are a sitting room/dining room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower.
