The country house (10+2 beds) is immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, in a small medieval hamlet and is situated near many important cities and villages of art and culture. A furnished garden surrounds the building, which is divided into two independent apartments. One apartment sleeps 6 to 8 people, whereas the other sleeps 4. The two apartment can be rented to a unique group of 10/12 people. Both apartments are provided with all comforts (satellite tv, heating, fridge, oven, dish-washer and hi-fi system). The swimming pool (8x4) in panoramic position behind the house, the solarium, telephone, Internet connection and the laundry equipped for the ironing are at guests` disposal. Within a few hundred metres from the house there are a restaurant and a small food store. Shops and services are in Montaione (5 km). Those who want to relax can visit the spas in Gambassi Terme (7 km). Castelfalfi golf course is 10 kilometres away. All the major Tuscan cities of art and culture are within easy reach.

The complex (5 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two independent two-storey apartments. One of them is composed of dining room/fully equipped kitchen, living room with hearth and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with hearth, 2 more double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The second apartment is composed of kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bathroom.
