Traditional farmhouse (6/12 beds) situated in Arezzo countryside, near Cortona, an ancient and glorious Etruscan town, and Foiano della Chiana. The building has been recently renovated paying particular attention to details, such as the warm terracotta-tiled floors and the rustic beamed ceilings. In the garden at the front of the building, surrounded by olive trees and commanding the surrounding countryside, there is a large swimming pool (14x6 m), at the guests` disposition. At the back of the farmhouse, facing the park, there is a patio with barbecue equipment and pizza oven. Thanks to its position and the proximity to many Tuscan cities of art, such as Arezzo, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano and Florence, the farmhouse is the ideal accommodation for those who want to relax in the Tuscan countryside as well as discover some of the most famous treasures of world art.

The ground floor is composed of dining room with 12-seater table, fully equipped kitchen with 6 ring-hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and traditional and microwave oven, wide lounge with fireplace and TV set,3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette. The first floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms with queen size bed (one with en-suite bathroom), 1 twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower. Laundry with washing machine and iron in a separate utility room. All rooms have mosquito screens. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
