Standing atop a hill in Valdichiana, in the neighbourhood of Chiusi, between Arezzo and Siena, the farmhouse (10 sleeping accommodations) is the ideal holiday lodging for those who want to relax in the green Tuscan countryside visiting real Tuscan art treasures, such as Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Cortona, tasting the famous pecorino cheese produced in Pius II`s town washed down with a glass of Brunello or Vino Nobile.
The spa resorts in Bagno Vignoni and Chianciano Terme are within easy car reach. Sporty guests can hike in the woods that surround the complex or visit the tennis club, the golf club and the riding stables lying within 20 minutes from the farmhouse.
The building is surrounded by 20 hectares of olive groves and vineyards and by a wonderful garden, in which lies the swimming pool (6x12 m), provided with sunloungers and sunshades. The farmhouse is provided with all comforts (air conditioning, heating system, satellite TV, Internet connection, CD player, hydromassage bathtub, dishwasher and washing machine) and features a pergola for eating al fresco furnished with table and chairs and provided with wood-burning oven and barbecue equipment.
The farmhouse (5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is a two-storey building. On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a wide living/dining room with Internet connection, CD player, satellite TV and videocassette recorder, a storeroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub (one of them is provided with hydromassage bathtub).
