The Farmhouse is located in the heart of Val d’Orcia, between San Quirico and Montalcino. Pretty furnished, the Farmhouse has a big garden with swimming pool (7x15), ping-pong, bowling green, barbecue, laundry, room for cultural activities. Not too far from the villa there is Bagno Vignoni, famous all over the world for its spa, Montalcino and Pienza. Distances: Siena 40 km – Grosseto 60 km – San Gimignano 80 km – Florence 110 km. The Farmhouse offers 6 apartments, divided in 2 buildings one in front of the other and crossed by a paved court. Each apartment has independent entrance and panoramic view on Montalcino.

Apartment 1 (accommodation for 4 people, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the first floor with entrance from the veranda composed by a sitting room with hob, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with attic.

Apartment 2 (accommodation for 4 people, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the ground floor with entrance from the internal court (simplified entrance for disabled people) composed by a big sitting room with hob, a double bedroom with bathroom with bath, a double bedroom with another independent entrance.

Apartment 3 (accommodation for 6/7 people, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): Apartment in the first floor with entrance from the veranda composed by a big sitting room with hob and fireplace, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

Apartment 4 (accommodation for 4 people, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom): Apartment divided in 2 floors. In the ground floor there are a sitting room with hob; in the first floor there are 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with a bathroom. Apartment 5 (accommodation for 4 people, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the first floor with a sitting room, hob and fireplace, 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower.

Apartment 6 (accommodation for 8 people, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms): Apartment in the ground floor composed by sitting room with fireplace, big kitchen, 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom, 1 double bedroom, a study, an attic and a bathroom with shower. Marble and parquet floors.
