Description
The villa is in Valdichiana, not far from the Etruscan little town of Cortona (Arezzo). Around the estate stretches the Val d`Esse with its olive groves, and next to the villa stands the Abbey of Sant`Angelo, which was built in the 12th century. Arezzo, Siena, Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano and the thermal baths of Chianciano Terme are within easy car reach.
Around the building erected in the mid-20th century stretches a fenced garden. Here are a wood-burning oven, the barbecue, and a swing and a slide for kids.
The private fully-fenced swimming pool (8x3 m) is open from May to September, and lies about 10 metres from the building.
Accommodation
The three-storey building offers 8+2 sleeping accommodations in 3 double-bedded rooms and 2 single rooms + 2 supplementary sleeping accommodations, and 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are a large entrance hall, the kitchen, the dining room, a lounge with TV set and DVD player, a living room with fireplace, a double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, and a single bedroom.
The first floor is divided into a small anteroom hall with balcony, a double-bedded room and a toilette.
The second floor composes of a small anteroom hall with balcony, a double-bedded room with balcony, a single bedroom, and a bathroom.
Two sleeping accommodations can be added upon request in one of the double-bedded rooms.

The villa is provided with private fully-fenced swimming pool, barbecue, wood-burning oven, slide, swing, operating fireplace, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, hair dryer, and uncovered car park.
A cook is at guests` disposal upon request.
A supermarket is next to the villa, whereas other shops and services are about 3 kilometres from the estate, in Cortona.
A bus stop is about 500 metres from the estate.
