The building (accommodation for 9/18/27/36 people) is located in the Florentine Chianti, few km far from the Tuscan capital. There are 2 villas divided in 2 houses and both of them can host 9 people. Every house has any kind of comfort (independent heating, Sat TV, household linen) and has a private parking and a private place in the garden. The building is surrounded by a garden where there are the swimming pool (14x7x1,40) with hydro massage for 4 people and a solarium balcony for all the houses. It is possible to book visits, excursions, tastings and restaurants. Mountain bikes for rent. The nearest town where it is possible to find shops and services is Greve in Chianti (8 km). In the surrounding of the building there is a riding school. The building is a perfect starting point for excursions in important art cities or in Tuscan medieval towns.

Every house (3 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) is dislocated on 2 floors. In the ground floor there are a sitting room with double sofa bed, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. In the first floor there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath. Every house has a veranda with table and chairs.
