The holiday house (9+3 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Radicoldoli, a charming village in the province of Siena. The property is immersed in the wonderful landscape of southern Tuscany. The holiday house is an excellent starting point for visits to the abbey of San Galgano and important Tuscan cities, such as San Gimignano, Siena, Florence and Volterra, all easily reached by car. Sporty guests can visit the tennis club near the house or dedicate to long horse-rides in the neighbourhood.
The house is provided with all comforts (air conditioning in two rooms, working fireplaces, heating, TV set, DVD player, CD player, videocassette recorder, dish washer, four-burner cooker, toaster, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, gas oven, microwave oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board). The wide panoramic terrace overlooks the Tuscan hills and is furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers and deck chairs. Here is all the barbecue equipment. At guests` disposal: the swimming pool (6x3-4 m, depth: 1.40 m), a cot bed and a high chair. Firewoods is supplied upon request.
The house (4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom + double sofa bed, single armchair bed and 4 bathrooms) spreads out over two storeys.
On the ground floor are the entrance hall, the kitchen/dining room with fireplace and grill equipment, a living room with fireplace and 1 twin-bedded room with air conditioning and dedicated bathroom with shower. Some steps lead to a living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning and dedicated bathroom with shower. The glass door opens onto the swimming pool.
The first floor composes of a large hall, a living room with fireplace, 3 twin-bedded rooms (one is also provided with a cot and a single armchair bed), 1 single bedroom, a closet and 2 bathrooms with shower. The living room opens onto the wonderful panoramic terrace furnished for sunbathing and eating al fresco.
