The house (7 sleeping accommodations) is an elegant independent building situated in Porto Ercole, in the Maremma, in southern Tuscany. Surrounded by 3 hectares of woods and Mediterranean macchia, the house is the ideal accommodation for those who would like to relax with long walks and horseback or bicycle rides in close contact with nature. The wonderful beaches of southern Tuscany are just a few kilometres from the house. Possibility of hiring boats in Porto Ercole for amusing trips in the Tyrrhenian sea by Monte Argentario. Sporty guests can visit the tennis clubs in Porto Ercole and Orbetello or the golf club in the neighbourhood of the property. On the 15th August and on the first weekend of each month an antiques street market takes place in Orbetello. Important Tuscan cities of art and culture, such as Tarquinia, Siena and Tuscania, and the thermal establishments in Saturnia are within easy car reach.
The elegant 19th-century building enjoys a breathtaking view over Monte Argentario and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Recently renovated and furnished with period furniture, the house is surrounded with a garden and features a terrace with pergola furnished for eating al fresco.
The holiday house (3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms) is provided with all comforts (working fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, iron, washing machine, fridge, freezer, gas oven, toaster, hair dryer, telephone, barbecue equipment, car park and cot bed) and consists in the main house and a cottage.
