Description
The cottage is situated in a medieval village called Foiano della Chiana, in a flat and peaceful area in Valdichiana, in the province of Arezzo, and is a perfect accommodation for holidays in close contact with nature. Gentle hills and corn fields surround this simple building furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style.
In the 1000-square-metre garden that stretches around the house are a small volleyball pitch, the barbecue equipment and a vegetable garden. The private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) situated about 8 metres from the cottage is open from May to September. The cottage features also a pergola furnished for having meals al fresco.
The cottage is an excellent accommodation for those who dream of sporty holidays: a golf court and a riding stable are in fact just a few kilometres from the estate. Those who prefer to dedicate to shopping can visit the nearby outlet village. Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Rapolano Terme with its thermal baths, Cortona, Siena and Arezzo are within easy driving distance.

The cottage sleeps 4+1 people in 2 double-bedded rooms and 1 supplementary single bed, and has 1 bathroom and is divided in an equipped kitchen, an entry hall with dining table, two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower.
A supplementary single bed may be added in one of the bedrooms.
