The apartment (6+1 sleeping accommodations) is on the fourth floor of a building situated in Cittΰ Giardino, an elegant residential neighbourhood at the border between Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. With its balcony furnished with chaises-longues and overlooking the sea, the apartment is located just a stone`s throw from the beach and the renowned bathing establishments of the Versilian coast. On the back of the apartment stretches a wonderful pine woods with carousels and toys for children. Shopaholics can visit the famous street market and the shops along the Passeggiata a mare. And after a fish dinner in one of the numerous restaurants in Viareggio, guests can end up their day in one of the many pubs, cinemas and discos along the Versilian esplanade.
The wide apartment covers a surface of 120 m² and is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and car park). A bicycle and a cot bed are at guests` disposal.
