Situated in panoramic position in the neighbourhood of Montepulciano, the villa (10 beds) is surrounded by a wood and the typical Tuscan olive groves. In the garden surrounding the building there are the swimming pool and a solarium. The villa commands the magnificent panorama of the part of the Valdichiana where the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is produced. The lake Trasimeno is to be spotted in the distance. During the recent restoration works, the villa has been provided with an air conditioning system and satellite TV. At the guests` disposal: private parking lot, iron and ironing board, dishwasher and washing machine. The fireplace in the lounge can be used for warming in winter. Shops and services are in Sant`Albino (1.5 km) and Montepulciano (6 km). The villa is an excellent starting point for trips to some of the most important Tuscan cities of art, such as Pienza (17 km), Montalcino (41 km), Cortona (38 km), Arezzo (55 km), Siena (70 km) and Florence (120 km).
The villa (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is divided into two storeys. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, wide lounge with fireplace and completely equipped kitchen leading to the external gazebo for dining in the open air. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and terrace with panoramic view on the Valdichiana.
