The villa (14 sleeping accommodations) stands on the Valdichiana hills, just a few kilometres from Sinalunga and not far from Pienza and Montepulciano (Siena). Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and cypresses, the villa is an excellent base for visiting the many Etruscan and medieval small towns scattered in the area or for one-day trips to Perugia, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Siena and Cortona. Numerous pathways stretch around the estate for pleasant hikes and horse or bike rides. In the vicinity there are also tennis courts and a golf club. After a refreshing bath in the swimming pool in front of the building and furnished with sunloungers, gazebos, hammocks, sunshades and benches, guests can play bowls in the pitch behind the villa. The barbecue and the wood-burning oven in one of the paved terraces surrounding the building are at guests` disposal for amusing dinners al fresco. The structure is provided with satellite TV, central heating, fans in the bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The spacious rooms are full of light and furnished with good taste. Children`s beds and baby cots available upon request. Animals are welcome.
The structure (7 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) consists in the villa and an annexe. The ground floor of the two-storey villa composes of large living room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double basin and bathtub, laundry room and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of a large living/dining room, study, storeroom, 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower), 2 bedrooms with two single beds (one with en-suite bathroom with shower) and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room on the ground floor opens onto a paved terrace overlooking the olive groves and the swimming pool, whereas the kitchen/dining room opens onto a second terrace that leads to the swimming pool. On the first floor there is a large balcony. The annexe is near the swimming pool and consists in fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
