Elegant villa (accommodation for 6/9 people) of the XX century completely restored in the heart of the Apennine. The villa is located near the village of Casale, in Mugello, and it is encircled by beech woods and chestnut woods. The building is enclosed by a big garden and it has an open arcade. From the garden there is a marvellous panoramic view. The villa has a swimming pool. During your staying at the villa, it is possible to take walks on the trekking lanes. The riding school of the National Park of Falterona is located at 10 km. The historical centre of Florence is at about 45 km and it can be easily reached by car or by train.
The villa (accommodation for 6 people) is dislocated in two floor: in the ground floor there is a big dining room with a fantastic panoramic view on the valley, a kitchen with a fireplace, a study and a bathroom. In the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms richly furnished and a bathroom.
Near the villa there is a dependence with accommodation for 2+1 people. Here there is a double bedroom, a sitting room with a single sofa-bed, a little kitchen and the entrance.
