The villa farmhouse (accommodation for 14 people) is located near Arsicci, a village on the Tuscan Apennines, and near Arezzo, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and Monterchi, important historical and artistic centres. The stone building is surrounded by a 5000 sq-m. park in which there are a swimming pool, a balcony and a garage for 4 cars. The rooms are furnished with ancient furniture and the villa offers a marvellous view on the surrounding mountains. The village of Badia Tebalda, 12 km far from the villa, has any kind of service. There are many places which can be reached for one-day tours: Florence, Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, the Umbrian cities of Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Perugia, the Adriatic coast and the San Marino Republic.
The farmhouse (7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms) is divided in 3 floors. In the ground floor there are a sitting room with fireplace, a kitchen, a pantry with 2 fridges and a bathroom-laundry. In the basement there are 3 sitting rooms, a lecture room with piano and TV, 2 bathrooms, an entrance to a second garden with balcony and entrance to the park. In the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, a bedroom with 3 beds, 3 bedrooms with single beds and private bathroom and a study with sofa-bed.
