The villa (6+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Lower Valdarno, on the hills between Pisa and Livorno, in Casciana Terme. The swimming pool lying in the wide garden that surrounds the building features a solarium area furnished with sunshades and sunloungers. Furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco, the veranda looks onto Pisa hills; Pisa and the Tyrrhenian Sea are visible on very clear days.
Many pathways stretch around the estate for pleasant, even guided, hikes and horse-back or mountain-bike rides. The thermal establishments of Casciana Terme and the renowned white beaches of Castiglioncello and Vada are just a few kilometres from the villa, whereas Pisa, Livorno, Lucca and other important Tuscan cities of art are within easy car distance.
The villa is provided with all comforts (air conditioning, satellite TV, hi-fi system, wireless Internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, blender, kettle, juicer, American-style coffee maker, stick blender, iron and ironing board, toddler`s bed and high chair and two covered parking lots). A cook is available upon request (additional charges apply); typical product tasting, Tuscan cooking courses and guided visits to Volterra and in the neighbourhood of the estate may be organised.
The villa (3 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) spreads out over two storeys and is composed of two living rooms communicating with a lounge with fireplace and double sofa bed, large fully equipped kitchen, second smaller kitchen, room with barbecue equipment, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hydromassage shower.
