The villa (10+4 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on a hill just a few kilometres from Lucca and the Versilian beaches, in Capannori. It is an excellent starting point for trips to important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence and Pisa. The thermal establishments in Montecatini Terme and Collodi, with its park dedicated to Pinocchio, the worldwide renowned puppy, are within easy reach as well. Nature lovers can hike at the discovery of the wildlife that livs in the wide forest stretching around the estate.
In the wide park surrounding the two-storey building are the swimming pool, a brick barbecue, a table-tennis table and a children`s playground with swings. The swimming pool (13x6 m) is provided with night lighting and a dressing room with shower. The poolside is furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden is also an annex whose kitchen is furnished with a table, a fridge and a wood-burning oven.
The lodging in provided with all comforts (air conditioning in the bedrooms, working fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet access, dishwasher, iron, washing machine, gas oven, electric oven, hair dryer and car park). Some bicycles are a guests` disposal. Animal are allowed.
The villa (5 double bedrooms + 4 supplementary beds and 5 bathrooms) covers a surface of 350 mē.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 bathroom with double basin and laundry room. The living room opens onto a large veranda.
The first floor is divided into 4 double bedrooms (two of which have a dedicated bathroom with double basin, bathtub and shower) and 1 bathroom with double basin.
A stair in the living room on the ground floor leads to the basement. Here are two single beds, sofas, a fireplace and 1 bathroom with shower. The basement opens onto a covered and furnished terrace.
