The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on a hill in Maremma, in Campagnatico, a medieval village in the province of Grosseto. It is the ideal accommodation for various types of tourists: just a few kilometres away are wild white beaches and bathing establishments, some of which lie in gorgeous regional natural reserves and parks; those who prefer to dedicate to sports can visit the nearby riding stables or play golf on one of the two 18-holes golf courses just a few kilometres from the villa; last but not least, those who love art and culture can visit the Etruscan towns of Roselle, Vetulonia, Populonia and Tarquinia or the medieval villages of Sovana, Pitigliano and Magliano.
Easily reached are also the thermal establishments of Petriolo and Rapolano Terme and renowned cities of art, such as Grosseto, Pisa, Siena and Lucca. Those who love wine can visit Scansano, the town of the celebrated Morellino, and Montalcino.
The building stands in a large fully fenced estate including a big olive grove, a 7-hectare vineyard and a 5-hectare wood and is surrounded by a paved courtyard. Here is a pergola furnished for eating al fresco.
Close to the building lies the swimming pool (12x4 m; 1.40 m deep), at the exclusive disposal of guests.
The villa (4 bedrooms, supplementary single bed in one of the bedrooms, single bed in the independent premises and 3 bathrooms) is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, Internet connection, CD player, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer, iron) and spreads out over two storeys.
The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, three living rooms (one with fireplace), 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are wide independent premises with fireplace and a single bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower and the master bedroom. The latter composes of double bedroom, room with wardrobe and a single bed, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub and toilette with WC and bidet.
