The structure (14+2 beds) is in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, a few kilometres from Empoli and Montespertoli. Situated in panoramic position on a hill, the villa is surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape made of vineyards and olive groves. The villa, reached via a private road, is divided into three apartments beautifully furnished in the typical Tuscan style and provided with a heating system and terraces for dining in the open air and barbecue equipment. Guests are granted the use of the private swimming pool in the park of the villa. Possibility of renting mountain bikes and a bed for babies. The villa is the ideal starting point for visiting important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence (34 km), Pisa (50 km), Siena (66 km), San Gimignano (36 km), Volterra (53 km) and many other.
The two-storey villa (7 double bedrooms + 1 double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms) is divided into three independent apartments of various sizes. All apartments are provided with fridge, oven and freezer, furnished terrace or veranda and barbecue.
Apartment 1 (90 mē - 6+2 beds): dining/living room with double sofa bed, TV and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded room, kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.
Apartment 2 (45 mē - 4 beds): living room, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchenette.
Apartment 3 (55 mē - 4 beds): living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, kitchenette and bathroom.
