The villa (accommodation for 8+4 people) is located on a hill in Valtiberina, in the district of Arezzo. The building is surrounded by a garden in which there are a swimming pool (6x12), a bath for babies (6x2) a changing room and a toilette. Besides, the villa has a private tennis court. The balcony overlooks the fantastic panorama of the Tuscan countryside. The villa has any kind of comfort (Sat TV, dishwasher).
