The villa (accommodation for 7+2 people) is located on the hills that surround the beaches of Versilia. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool (6x12) with diving board and hydro massage. For guests: laundry, barbecue, private parking, air conditioning. The villa can host animals. The area is rich in artistic and historical buildings and in panoramic places. Few km for the villa there is the natural oasis of Massaciuccoli.

The villa (4 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is dislocated on 3 floors. In the basement there are a laundry, a sitting room with double sofa bed, a little kitchen, 1 bedroom with French bed and 1 bathroom with shower. In the ground floor there are a sitting room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with bath. In the first floor there are an attic with a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
