The villa (accommodation for 13+2 people) is located on a hill near Arezzo and has a fantastic view on the surrounding Tuscan countryside. In the garden, few metres from the building, there is the swimming pool (6x12) in a panoramic position. It is possible to organize free classes of “Sahara yoga”. The nearest town is Loppiano, 5 km from the villa, which is famous for its medieval castle. In this town there are any kind of shop and service. Monterchi, where it is possible to see the famous paint of Piero della Francesca “la Madonna del Parto”, is 7 km far from the villa. Important art cities such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio and the medieval villages of Anghiari, Citta di Castello and Sansepolcro are easily reachable.
The villa (7 bedrooms + 2 sofa beds and 3 bathrooms) is divided in 3 apartments, each one with any kind of comfort. The apartment La Loggia (2 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom) consists in a kitchen with fireplace, a sitting room, a double bedroom, one bedroom for children and a bathroom. The Apartment Il Seccatoio (3 bedrooms and a bathroom) consists in a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one of them with a false ceiling with a single bed) and a bathroom. The Apartment Il Fienile (2 bedrooms + sofa bed and a bathroom) consists in a kitchen/sitting room, where there is a single sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
