The villa (accommodation for 9 people) is located in a park of ancient trees. There is a fantastic panoramic view of Sansepolcro, Tevere and mountains. The property is in the heart of Valtiberina; it takes 15 minutes by car to reach the old villages of Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo and Monterchi and 30 minutes to reach the Santuario della Verna. The villa has a swimming pool (5x10). For those who love fishing, surfing and canoeing, near the villa there is the Lake of Montedoglio. In 5 minutes you can reach a riding school, and for those who love trekking, in the area there are many mountain lanes. The nearest village is Sansepolcro (4 km): here you can find any kind of service and facility. The villa is the perfect starting point for one-day visits in marvellous cities such as Arezzo, Perugia, Cortona, Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto and Urbino. It takes 1 hour and a half by car to reach Florence, Siena, the Republic of San Marino and the Adriatic Sea while you can reach Rome in 2 hours.
The villa has any kind of comfort and rooms are furnished with ancient furniture. In the ground floor there is the entrance, a sitting room and a dining room with a little kitchen; in the first floor there are one bedroom with three single beds and private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and private bathroom, one bedroom with French-size bed and private bathroom, a gallery with frescos and a sitting room.
