The villa (accommodation for 10 people) is located in San Gimignano, in the countryside of Siena. The building dates back to the XVII century and it has been restored in 1987. It is totally independent and enclosed by a garden with private parking place. The villa has any kind of comfort (independent central heating, Sat TV, telephone) and is furnished with ancient furniture in the typical Tuscan style. In the garden there are the swimming pool (6x12) and deckchairs, chairs, tables and beach umbrellas. The big balcony overlooks San Gimignano and the typical view of the Tuscan countryside. At 3 km from the villa there is a supermarket. The restaurant “L’Osteria di Vico” is at about 100 metres. In Ulignano (5 km) there is a riding school while in Barberino Val d’Elsa is possible to rent bicycles.
In the ground floor of the villa (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) there is a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. In the first floor there is a big room with billiard table, 2 bedrooms with single beds, one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and one bathroom with shower.
