is one of the favourite destination of tourists coming from all over the world and Florence in addition to be one of the most loved italian cities is also one among the most visited ones.
Tuscany is mainly renowned for its big beautiful artistical cities- in addition to Florence there are Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca, but we cannot forget the many little villages riches in history and charm situated on the whole territory of the region, such as Volterra for example, the ancient etruscan cities of Populonia and Vetulonia, San Gimignano, just to mention some cities among the most famous ones.
Chianti is one of the most known areas of Tuscany for its nature and landscape , but in the region we can also find many parks and natural reserves. For nature lovers in the inland of the region we can find the park of Casentino`s wood and the park of the mountain dividing Tuscany from Emilia; on the coast, instead we can find the park of the Tuscan archipelago , the park of San Rossore and Massaciuccoli and the park of Maremma.
Tuscany is also synonymous of good
food and excellent wine, sport and
shopping, with its shopping stores of fashion stars and its many handicraft shops.
