The villa (accommodation for 13 people) is located on the hills of the Florentine Chianti, in the Southern-East of the Tuscan capital and overlooks the typical olive groves and vineyards of the Tuscan countryside and the woods of Casentino. The building is surrounded by a garden with outdoor furniture in which there is the swimming pool (8x4,50). Sommelier classes and wine tastings. Dinner with typical Tuscan dishes. Possibility to play tennis and football and to fish. A riding school is 5 km from the villa. In Pontassieve (6,5 km) there is any kind of shop and service.

The biggest apartment (4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom) has a sitting room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. The smallest apartment (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) has a little kitchen, open space with double bed and sitting room, 1 bathroom with shower. On request: cot.
