The Villa ( 6 sleeping accommodations - 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ) .

The ground floor has a spacious sitting-room, with panoramic view of the splendid Tuscan "Appennino". There is a big kitchen with a fireplace, a bath-room, a dining-room and a study.

The First Floor : On the first floot, besides a luxorius bath-room, there are three spacious double rooms well furnished with care where one will be able to find moments of pleasant relax.

Dependance ( 2+1 sleeping accommodations ) . It`is just a few mts from the main block villa . One double bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen and single sofabed.

The villa is situated near the village of Casale : the village Casale is a small and calm village of medieval origin in the heart of the Tuscan Appennino encircled by forests . The villa has a splendid panoramic view on the valley.
