Situated in Montespertoli, in the heart of Empoli countryside, just a few kilometres from Florence and Siena historical centres and from other treasures of Tuscan art and culture, such as San Gimignano, Vinci and Certaldo, the villa (10 sleeping accommodations) stands on the gentle Tuscan hills covered with olive groves and vineyards. In the fenced garden surrounding the building there are the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (10x5 m), furnished with tables, chairs, sunloungers and sunshades. Provided with all comforts (washing machine, dish washer, satellite TV and stereo system), the villa features large and luminous terracotta-tiled rooms with beamed ceilings. The rent include a maid service three days a week. In the neighbourhood of the villa there are riding stables, tennis courts and a golf club.
