The villa (accommodation for 6+2 people) is located on the hills of the Florentine Chianti, about 20 km far from the centre of Florence. In the garden which encloses the building there is the swimming pool and a barbecue. It is possible to do excursions with bicycles in the surrounding countryside and woods. For guests: laundry, Sat TV, private parking. Important artistic and cultural centres such as Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Vinci, Certaldo (where Giovanni Boccaccio was born) and San Gimignano are easily reachable.
The villa (3 bedrooms + double sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms) consists in 2 apartments. In total, there are 2 kitchens, 3 double bedrooms, a sitting room with double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms (two of them with shower).
