The villa (accommodation for 8+2 people) is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico vineyards and overlooks San Polo, the nearest village. In the private garden grow forest trees (magnolias, mulberry trees and cedars of Lebanon) and roses. Here there is a barbecue and an area with outdoor equipment, where it is possible to eat and to have a rest in the open air. On a terracing there is the swimming pool (6x12). The villa has any kind of comfort (TV, dishwasher, wash machine and independent heating) and can host families with babies. Services and shops are in San Polo (1 km). In the surroundings of the villa there are restaurants where it is possible to taste the traditional dishes of the Tuscan cuisine and farms with direct sell of Chianti wines and extra virgin olive oil. The villa is the perfect starting point for excursions in the area of Florentine Chianti or for visits of important cities such as Florence (20 km) or Siena
The villa (4 bedrooms + 1 double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided in 2 floors. In the ground floor there are a sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, another sitting room with fireplace and a bathroom.
