The villa (accommodation for 10+4 people) is located on the hills of the Florentine Chianti, in Montespertoli, cultivated with vineyards and olive groves. In the garden of the villa there are a swimming pool (10x5 metres ) and fruit trees. The villa has also a vegetable garden. For guests: Sat TV, wash machine, household linen and safe. The villa is in the heart of Tuscany and the important cultural centres of the region, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Volterra, are easily reachable.
The villa (5 bedrooms + accommodation for 4 people in sofa beds and 5 bathrooms) is divided in 3 apartments. In the biggest apartments there are a kitchen, a sitting room with a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them with hydro massage).
