The villa (accommodation for 12/24 people) was created from an ancient Tuscan farmhouse of XVI century. The villa is on a hill in the Florentine countryside and it is enclosed by an olive grove. There is swimming pool (6x12), table-tennis and a billiard table. The villa is at about 20 km from Florence and quite near both to the A1 motorway and the Florence-Siena freeway, which allow to reach the most important cities of Tuscany. The villa consists in a main building (accommodation for 12 people) and in 3 apartments (accommodation for 3+2, 2+2 and 2+1 people). All the buildings have places to eat outside.
The main building (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) spreads out over two levels and is independent from the other apartments. On the ground floor are a dining room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with billiard table, a small kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom and shower. On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms that may be converted into twin-bedded bedrooms, two of which have a single bed on a loft, and 4 bathrooms: one with whirlpool bathtub, two with shower and one with bathtub. Bedrooms have air conditioning. The external open arcade can be used for outdoor lunches and dinners.
