Elegant villa (accommodation for 6/9 people) dating back to the 20th century completely restored in the heart of the Apennine. The villa is located near the village of Casale, in Mugello, and it is encircled by beech woods and chestnut woods. The building is enclosed by a big garden and it has an open arcade. From the garden there is a marvellous panoramic view.
The villa has a swimming pool and a gym. During your staying at the villa, it is possible to take walks on the trekking lanes. The riding school of the National Park of Falterona is located at 10 kilometres. The historical centre of Florence is at about 45 kilometres and can be easily reached by car or by train.
The villa (accommodation for 6 people) is dislocated in two floor: on the ground floor there is a big dining room with a fantastic panoramic view on the valley, a kitchen with a fireplace, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms richly furnished and a bathroom.
Near the villa there is an annex with accommodation for 2+1 people. Here there is a double bedroom, a sitting room with a single sofa-bed, a little kitchen, the entrance and a bathroom.
