The historical centre of the Tuscan capital city is easily reached both by car and public transport. The apartment is also an excellent starting point for trips to the Florentine Chianti and the Mugello mountains. A riding school and a rowing club are in the vicinity. A golf club is within 15 kilometres.
The ancient master`s apartment is in the central part of the villa. The building is surrounded by an internal courtyard and an Italian garden. The estate is fully fenced. The garden enjoys a superb view of the Duomo and of Giotto`s bell tower.
Provided with car park for two cars, washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven, iron, DVD player, CD player and working fireplace, the apartment covers an area of 320 mē and composes of a wide entry hall, kitchen with stone fireplace, two large living rooms furnished in period style, 2 double bedrooms, 3 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A double sofa bed is at guests` disposal. The apartment is accessed both from the private garden and the internal courtyard.
Due to the location of the apartment, it is advisable that guests arrive with their own car.
