Description

The estate is immersed in the green Empoli countryside, in Castelfiorentino (Florence), and is surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape made of olive groves and vineyards. Several Tuscan tourist towns, including Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence and Siena, are easily reached by car.

The complex composes of the Villa - an 11th-century convent that has been transformed into a house - and the Fienile. Both houses have independent entries and their own garden equipped with barbecue, deck chairs, tables and chairs.

The swimming pool (4x8 m; depth: 1.20-1.50 m), whose use is exclusively reserved to guests, lies about 40 metres from the buildings and is open from June to September.

Renting formulas:
- Groups up to 8 people can rent the Villa and have the exclusive use of the garden and the swimming pool;
- Groups from 9 to 14 people can rent the Villa and the Fienile.

In case of need, guests can contact the owners of the complex, who live nearby.


Accommodation

The complex consists in a Villa and a Fienile; in total, it sleeps 12+2 people in 4 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

The Villa sleeps 8 people in 2 double-bedded rooms and 2 twin-bedded rooms, and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen/dining room, which has also a fireplace and direct access to the fenced rear garden.
The first floor is divided into a large living room, two double-bedded rooms, one room with two single beds that cannot be united, one room with two single beds that can be united to create a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower featuring two entries.

The Fienile sleeps 4+2 people in 2 double-bedded rooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 1 bathroom.

The ground floor composes of a fully equipped kitchen adjoining with the dining/living room, in which are a fireplace and a double sofa bed. The kitchen and the dining room have direct access to the garden.
On the first floor are two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower.


Facilities and Services

The complex is provided with swimming pool, barbecue equipment, wireless Internet connection, working fireplaces, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and uncovered private car parking place.
At guests` disposal: two bicycles.
A cook, maid, baby-sitting and breakfast services are available upon request.

Restaurants, chemists`, banks, supermarkets, shops and services of any kind are in Castelfiorentino (3 km).
