Situated on the hills south-east of Florence, the farm (45+10 sleeping accommodations) consists in a Villa built between the 13th and the 17th centuries and five farmhouses and an apartment. The farm is located in panoramic position in the heart of the area where the Chianti Colli Fiorentini is produced, just a few kilometres from Florence historical centre. The farm is the ideal accommodation for those who want to relax far from the hectic city life, enjoying the breathtaking view of the Valdarno hills and of the forest of Vallombrosa. At the same time, guests can easily travel to Florence and to other important Tuscan towns, such as Arezzo, Siena, Pisa and Lucca for wonderful one-day trips. Guests are accommodated in five farmhouses and one apartment grouped around the main Villa, the heart of the farm. The apartment and the farmhouses have been recently renovated and present typical rural elements: terracotta-tiled floors, beamed ceilings and wide brick arches. At guests disposal: the swimming pool (9x8x1.35 m), open from May to September, and the barbecue equipment. Possibility of visiting the oil-mill and the wine cellars in the farm and of hiring some mountain bikes for pleasant excursions in the Tuscan countryside. Cooking courses, art courses and guided tours in Florence and other parts of Tuscany are organised. The farm has an agreement with a nearby tennis club, where guests can play five-a-side football and tennis and relax in the sauna or in the hydromassage pool after a gym session. VILLA LECCETA (12 sleeping accommodations 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is a two-storey farmhouse situated in panoramic position behind the main Villa. The ground floor consists in kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and washing machine, living room with TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor composes of lounge with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 bathroom with shower. At guests disposal: two gardens and a panoramic terrace furnished with table, chairs and sunshade. The swimming pool is 150 metres from the farmhouse.
FONTE LECCETA (2+2 sleeping accommodations 1 double bedroom, double sofa bed and 1 bathroom. Air conditioning) is an old two-storey barn. On the ground floor there are 1 double bedroom, storeroom with washing machine and 1 bathroom with shower. A brick arch divides the large room on the first floor into dining room with kitchenette and living room with satellite TV and double sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, electric oven and dishwasher. Fonte Lecceta disposes of a private garden furnished with table, chairs and sunshade. Barbecue equipment and private parking lot. The swimming pool is 150 metres from the barn.
CASA VILLA (16+4 sleeping accommodations 8 double bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 6 bathrooms) is a farmhouse renovated in 2003 featuring terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings: typical elements of Tuscan country houses. Situated in panoramic position, the farmhouse accommodates from 16 to 20 people in four independent apartments. The building is surrounded by a garden furnished with tables, chairs and sunshades. At guests disposal: barbecue equipment. The farmhouse disposes of a covered parking lot. The swimming pool lies 200 metres from the building.

The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, fridge and combo oven (electrical and microwave). The sofa in the lounge can be converted in a comfortable double bed. On the first floor there is a
