The residential farmhouse (4/45 sleeping accommodations) is situated on the Tuscan hills surrounding Castelfiorentino, in the province of Florence, about 30 kilometres from Florence historical centre. The complex covers a surface of 120 hectares, cultivated with olive trees and vines for the production of olive oil and Chianti wine. Strolling in the estate, guests can come across roes, hares and pheasants.
The complex includes 4 villas (ex farmer`s houses) divided into 9 apartments that have been renovated and provided with all comforts (heating system, satellite TV, dishwasher and Internet connection). Each apartment has a private garden and a fully equipped kitchen or a kitchenette.
The swimming pool (12x6 m) in the park is furnished with sunloungers for basking in the sun after a refreshing bath. Table-tennis table, laundry room, barbecue equipment and a children`s playground are at guests` disposal.
Villa Marcello: is divided into 4 apartments and has 18+1 sleeping accommodations.
Apartment Ciliegio (6 sleeping accommodations - 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms): is on the first floor and consists in living room with fully equipped kitchenette and fireplace, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. It has a small private garden.
Apartment Fico (4+1 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms + single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): is on the ground floor and composes of living room with single sofa bed, fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Sunshade and a table outside.
Apartment Noce (4 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): is on the ground floor and is composed of living room with fully equipped kitchenette and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. One of the bedrooms opens onto the garden.
Apartment Pesco (4 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): is on the first floor and is composed of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. It has a small private garden.
Villa Guardia (6 sleeping accommodations - 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): independent villa standing about 400 metres from the other buildings and from the swimming pool. It composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. It has a private garden.
Villa Giallo: is divided into two apartments overlooking the Tuscan countryside and has 9+1 sleeping accommodations.
Apartment Albicocco (5+1 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom + single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): is on the first floor and consists in living room with fireplace, single sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. It has a small private garden.
Apartment Melo (4 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): is on the ground floor and composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower (one is accessible to disabled people). It has a pergola for eating al fresco.
Villa Arancione: is divided into two apartments and has 8+2 sleeping accommodations.
Apartment Pero (4+1 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms + single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): spreads out over two floors. The ground floor is divided into living room with single sofa bed, fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower and storeroom. the first floor composes of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. It has a pergola for eating al fresco.
Apartment Susino (4+1 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms + single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): spreads out over two floors. The ground floor is composed of living room with single sofa bed, fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower and storeroom.
