The farmhouse (14+4 beds) stands on a green hill in Florence countryside. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the complex is only 15 kilometres away from Florence city centre. The swimming pool (8x5 mts) grants the maximum relaxation to the guests. The post office, a bank, a bar, a restaurant, a food store and some tennis courts are in Malmantile (1 km), a small village renowned for its 14th-century walls.
The complex is divided into four apartments of different sizes.
Apartment 1 (180 mē - 8 beds): is composed of fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and one single bed, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The garden is furnished with tables, chairs and parasols.
Apartment 2 (40 mē - 2+1 beds): is composed of living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Apartment 3 (40 mē - 2+2 beds): is composed of living room with fully equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Apartment 4 (35 mē - 2+1 beds): is composed of living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
