The villa (accommodation for 8/12 people) is located in the Florentine Chianti, not too far from San Casciano and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Not too far from the villa there is a little lake. The building dates back to the XIX century and it was completely restored. At the beginning, the villa was a property of the Bandini family whose holdings bordered with SantAndrea in Percussina, the town where Nicolς Machiavelli lived. In the garden of the villa there is the swimming pool. The villa has any kind of comfort (Sat TV, stereo, dishwasher, wash machine, outdoor whirlpool bath for 6 people and air conditioning). Final cleanings are included in the rental price
The villa (4 double bedrooms + 2 double sofa beds and 4 bathrooms) is dislocated on 3 floors. In the ground floor there are a kitchen, a sitting room with a double sofa bed, a TV room with another double sofa bed and 1 bathroom. In the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the second floor, which was a dovecot in the past, there is a bathroom with hydro massage.
