The two apartments (6+4 sleeping accommodations) are on the third floor of a building close to Santa Maria Novella railway station, in the heart of Florence historical centre. The building is provided with elevator and the apartments are bright and provided with all comports (heating, air conditioning, Internet connection - additional charges apply -, stereo system, CD player, satellite TV, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, American-style coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe and cot bed). Both apartments overlook an internal courtyard and are very peaceful. Close to the apartments is a paid parking.
The building is situated in an area rich in restaurants and shops and close to the famous San Lorenzo street market. The church of Santa Maria Novella, the basilica of San Lorenzo and the Medici Chapels, the Duomo and other important Florentine monuments are easily reached with short and pleasant walks.
Apartment 1 (4+2 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) composes of a living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette, 2 double-bedded rooms (which can be transformed into twin-bedded rooms upon request) and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment features a balcony overlooking an internal courtyard.
